What kind of pacifire is best for a 17girl?

i have a stress problem and i cut. but my councler told me instead of cutting i shod eat candy. like suckers. candy that you suck on. well the candy hurts my mouth. so she told me to buy a pacifire that would fit nicly in my mouth. but i dont know what size to get. help?
