90's movie where wife shoots husband in head on bathroom sink after arguing?

I'm trying to find a 90's movie that I thought was called "life is beautiful" about a couple that gets into frequent arguments in their relationship and the wife ends up sucker shooting the husband in the head while smiling at his family photo over a bathroom sink as the camera rolls over to a blood splatter bang on the tiles for an ending. I believe at some part there was also a neighbor that kept on spying on the wife with a camera and the dad gets mad and wacks the perv over the head. Can someone help me find the name of this movie?
