The air conditioner on my car stopped working...?

I drive a 2006 Chevy Trailblazer. The air conditioner in my truck suddenly stopped working yesterday. I cut off my car then cut it back on 5 minutes later and the a/c wouldn't work. The fan doesn't blow at all. Any suggestions as to what might be wrong? Or how much it will cost to be fixed?
