Right side Wheel bearing Hub Assembly.?

My wife took the car to Monro Muffler to get a"right side wheel bearing hub assembly" installed. They charged her $689 for the part and $149 for labor. The labor didn't seem that bad , but the assembly seemed way to expensive. I understand that all shops mark up theirr parts , but are they usually that much at most places. I was thinking $ 300 to $400 tops. Especially since it was only one side. ( 2002 Chey Trailblazer)
