I have a 2004 trailblazer. It uses lug tires. Am i able to put 24" rims that have 5 lug holes. If so how?..?

My friend is selling her 24 inch starr rims that went on her mercury mountainer. Am i able to fit them on a 2004 chevy trailblazer? If so i can i convert it to fit on my truck?
