Hello i have a coldwater bottom feeder, and i dont know what breed it is,?

it has not got like a sucker mouth it has little spikes that are stick out like in a circle, there long prob about 10cm long bit like an eel, they both have a cream couloured belly and mottled brown colour on top. they will go to top of tank and eat food i put in but they will also mainly stay on the bottom and feed, when one of my fish died they did try and eat it and they only have one back fin and two in the middle one on top one underneith it. any ideas what my two bottom feeders are.
