Have a new male short haired domestic kitten?

his name is pippin, because hes a little pip.got him from my daughters motherin law..im a sucker for orange tabbys....my husband just passed away, so u know. Anyway three years ago, working at a Goodwill i found an abandond kitty, we took her in and named her Kiddos. A long story but she was Daddy's girl, oh but she loved me too..so laid back..turned out beautiful long hair round eyes OMG everyone that sees her says "what a pretty girl!" Soooo here comes Pippin,,aptly named after the percoucious (spelling?) Hobbit! OK well to my question....ummm #1 even tho i have three food dishes he horns in on her and she just walks away. #2 whn he is playful, she plays and runs around with him but when he gets too close she hisses an snarls. #3 When, not if, i get him neutered will he calm down where they can get along? K then Jackson, ball is in ur court! for the record i never thought u were gay and it wouldnt matter anyway..people r so stupid when it comes to loving cats!!
