Does a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer have a full size spare tire?

If it does, can I replace the spare with a factory alloy wheel that is the same size as the tires on the vehicle? I bought a used Trailblazer and found that it did not have a spare tire. So I figuered, I can buy a stock alloy wheel and use it as a spare rather than having the steel spare tire. Please help, thanks!
